One of the best ways to keep your brain in shape is to dance. It is the best ways to oxygenate the brain and promote the release of endorphins and serotonin, substances that help us feel well and tranquil. Dance can also stabilize cortisol levels, which brings benefits similar to an antidepressant.

4. It is necessary to program the mind with activities of memory
