Furthermore, the ginger-based sedative that we present is also enriched with precious fruits, such as papaya and mango.


-5mm ¼ of chopped ginger root, peeled and grated

-¼ papaya, peeled, without seeds and pieces

-½ small, peeled and chopped mango

-1 tablespoon of dried mulberries or goji berries

-½ teaspoon of probiotic powder

-½ lime juice

-2 teaspoons of aloe vera juice

-125 ml ½ cup of low-fat coconut milk

-125 ml ½ cup of coconut or mineral water


Blend all the ingredients using a blender or a food processor and then mix the mixture to obtain a cream. Serve immediately.
